My Darling,
This has been a perfect day but have been skunked. One order for $19.92. Floyd very much appreciated the ride and it will help him to make time so he can get home tomorrow night.
I tried to sell Bank Service to Bainbridge bank but couldn’t land. I got your letter at that town forwarded from Andes. Will get into Binghamton tomorrow night and will probably work there for at least two days. We had a delightful Sunday and I want to thank you for all you did to give me a Happy Birthday. I am very sorry not to be home when Marion comes. You can have her for the work but when I get home you must all take a back seat for me.
Your loving,
John

John has excellent handwriting. However, in some instances, I cant decipher it. If I can't, I simply mark the spot with "xxx"s to signify thank the word isn't decipherable.
